FINRA suspended Christopher Richard Wurtzinger (CRD #1921024) from Chicago, Illinois of AMERICAN TRUST INVESTMENT SERVICES, INC for failing to conduct a reasonable analysis into whether the proposed activity of a registered representative of his member firm was properly characterized as an outside business activity or whether it should be treated as an outside securities activity. In addition, Wurtzinger failed to demonstrate that he conducted any required analysis of this activity and failed to keep a record of any such compliance. The suspension was in effect from July 20, 2020, through August 16, 2020
