FINRA Sanctions & Allegations of Misconduct

FINRA fined $5,000 and suspended Billy Hai Zhang (CRD #5510158) from South Pasadena, California of AXA ADVISORS, LLC for settling a customer complaint without his member firm’s knowledge or approval. Moreover, Zhang received written communication from a customer at the firm in which the customer complained about the use of proceeds from the partial redemption of a variable life insurance product. The suspension was in effect from March 16, 2020, through April 3, 2020.
