FINRA barred Michael Radford Severance (CRD #1023971) from Loretto, Minnesota for refusing to produce documents and information requested by FINRA. Additionally, Severance’s member firm had filed a Form U5 terminating his association with it after the firm discovered that without notifying it or obtaining its approval.
